Listing more Events and Annoucnements on Home page 

A new tab in the administration section has been added called Other. Under this section an administrator can increase or decrease the number of events and announcements displayed on the home page. 

Update emails can be enabled by users. 

Individuals can now get update emails from the system whenever a message is sent to them from within ourCEWS. Under the individual profile you can modify your settings to suit your needs. 

Video up and running! 

Video can now be uploaded tot he site through articles. An FLV formated file can be uploaded for your staff to view. It is simple and easy.

Adding individuals to Events, Announcements and Library Articles now working 

You can now add individuals or groups of people not in the same department to view events, announcements and articles. Events and announcements were first but now we are finished the library. 

IN /OUT Board Changes 

The pDERAS team has made a change to the In/Out board. Users of the system can now permit other to update the In/Out board status. This will be great for the busy executive who has an assistant that helps care of these details. Through the Personal profile the user can permit others to update their status. The permitted user through the directory change the status at anytime.

New Gallery Uploader Complete 

Well it is finally here! The new uploader for pictures is running and ready to use. The new uploader allows selection of multiple pictures.

Creation of the new ourCEWS Administration Panel competed. 

The ourCEWS administration panel has been changed in look and feel from the old. Access to the administration panel is from the Administration icon at the bottom of the page. 

Blogs Updates 

The pDERAS team has made a couple of changes tot eh BLOG system. You can now add a picture with each blog entry as well as we have added the text editor as well.

ourCEWS Statistics to see how it is performing! 

The ourCEWS team has now created a statistic section for organizations wanting to measure the effectivness of the system. You can now track the number of distinct visitors, total number of visits as well as article click tracking. the team has also added the ability to track the update history on how many new events and articles activated as well as forum and blog usage. Make a goal and measure it get the usage up and know it!
